How long have you been in business?
I've been in the Austin area Real Estate industry since 1997. 12 years full time experience.
What is your primary product or service?
Golf Homes and Communities of Austin, Lakeway and Horseshoe Bay.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I used to work at Lost Creek Country Club in the accounting department, which was fascinating to see how a Country Club and Golf Course was run and operated...but the Members seemed to be having so much fun, I wanted to get out from behind the desk, get outdoors and help people all at the same time. Real Estate was the perfect avenue for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most Realtors work anywhere and everywhere. I specialize in Golf Homes and Communities.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My goals are to continue with what I know and love which is Golf Homes & Communities, so my expansion depends upon new Golf Courses being built and the Homes within that development.

Not applicable.
What type of payments do you accept?
When a Home is purchased is when I receive Payment for my Services. I work on a Commission basis.
Which areas do you service?
Austin, Lakeway, Horseshoe Bay mainly, but I have sold in the surrounding areas of Dripping Springs, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugervlle, Buda and Kyle as well.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the sole owner of my company, Pamela Turner Real Estate, Inc. and I oversee the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
9-5 Monday through Friday; 10-4 Saturday and 1-5 on Sunday. Essentially 7 days a week.
