What is your primary product or service?
We offer sustainable commercial cleaning products and services that are safe for your staff and ours.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
DEG /Eco-Cleaning Service is owned and operated by husband and wife team Euri Giles, and Diana Giles. In an effort to feel better and set the right example for our children, my wife and I began taking steps to improve our quality of life through sustainable practices from recycling, to the way we eat, and exercise. Our goal is to not only change our lives for the better but have a positive impact on our community as well. We have blended our efforts into our business practices and launched a full service cleaning company, we would like the opportunity to serve you with a quality cleaning service that uses only environmentally safe cleaning products
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I try to add a personal touch by being the face of our company. Our business is built around combining sustainable practices with outstanding customer service to make your office or business a more enjoyable place to be. We know that it is important to feel comfortable with a cleaning service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently serve Austin TX, and surrounding areas. We plan to expand to a retail location that carries environmentally friendly cleaning products and supplies by the begining of 2011.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept, cash, checks, and all major credit cards for payment.
