What is your primary product or service?
Carpet Cleaning
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a people person, I enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis, and my customers enjoy my customer service. With this being said I was offerd a postion as a carpet technician in 2001, and shortly after getting certified, many of my customers said I should own my own business, and well, "the customer is always right".
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I truly believe in honesty! So many of my customers cannot believe it when I tell them that their air ducts or dryer ducts don't need to be cleaned at the time that I inspect them before the cleaning process. I would rather them call me at a later time and also refer me to their freinds and family. Honesty will get you a long way in this industry. Most companies or maybe it's just the technician would simply clean them anyway, and collect the funds and the customer my not ever find out, that it didn't even need to be done in the first place.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am a home based business and do not plan to expand. I like to be the face of all my transactions. I know that is not by todays standards, the way to be succesfull, but my customers like that I am the person that gives them the quote over the phone and am the technician that rings the door bell. And of course, I do all the work in their homes or business as well.

Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover

Myself, Alex Garza. I am the owner and operator, with a helper that I have had for the last 4 years.
What are your hours of operation?
Our cleaning services are Monday - Saturday 8-5, and we offer 24 hour water extraction for residential and commercial.
