My name is Gunther Allen and I am a personal fitness trainer and consultant. I have been a trailblazer in the industry and have been in business for over 27 years. I was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine when I ran my own fitness company in Orange County, California. I also wrote a fitness column in the Orange County Business Journal and was for many years know as the fitness guru of OC.
Recently I have moved to the Austin area of Lakeway, Texas where I hope to grow my fitness consulting business. I will come to your home or business to train and consult you, and will set up a time to meet with you three times a week. Sessions usually last 50 to 55 minutes and includes Aerobics, Stretching and Resistance exercises. I can give you references from some of my former clients and friends. I'm here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
