How long have you been in business?
I have been in Real Estate 30 Years, serving the greater Austin area.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary service is residential homes and land in the greater Austin area. A specialty of mine is Waterfront homes and land on Lake Travis and Lake Austin.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I always wanted to be in sales and I chose Real Estate. In 2013 I will be celebrating 30 years here in the Austin market.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have over 30 years of Real Estate service in the central Texas market. I have multiple referrals and repeat customers to verify my service, expertise and trust.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work out of one location near the Arboretum. This location allows me to easily service the greater Austin area.
What type of payments do you accept?
I work on straight commission. The value of that to a customer, whether they are a buyer or seller, is that I don’t get paid unless I produce satisfactory results.
Which areas do you service?
I work in a 50 miles radius of the Austin area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Greg Weber it the owner and sole operator.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best and highest complement someone can give me is a referral to a friend, family member or coworker. The only way this can happen is if I give excellent service to them first.
